Where do we ship?

We ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs will vary and apply according to your shipping address entered at checkout.

 

Shipping Times

Most orders that are processed within the US will take on average 5-15 Business days to arrive. Depending on the stock availability in warehouses and source location this can vary.

 

Certain products need to be sourced from alternate supply warehouses and may take a little longer.  Depending on your location it can take between 7-20 business days for your product to arrive.

 

We do our best to choose the fastest shipping methods, but this can sometimes be limited due to supplier preferences and availability.

 

Shipping & Handling Process

Processing time for most orders usually ranges between 1-3 business days. Some products have a longer processing time (this is the time period of getting the product from the warehouse and preparing the parcel, ready for sending).

 

Shipping Costs

All orders over $100 will receive free worldwide shipping.

Orders less than $100 will incur $15 Shipping Charge

 

Please Note: Particular items that are heavy or fragile in nature may be subject to additional shipping charges, calculated at a per product basis. These items are not eligible for free shipping.

 

Some remote, hard to reach locations may be subjected to an alternate shipping rate. If this is the case we will contact you to assess feasibility and if able, arrange a customised shipping method and rate.
